Terms of Service

These terms describe how you may use Sacamos, which is operated by a Delaware corporation. They will be replaced by reviewed terms before public launch.

1. What Sacamos does

Sacamos is software that shows quotes from licensed payments partners, collects the bank details needed for a payout and tracks the status of your transfer. Sacamos is not a bank, money transmitter or crypto-asset custodian.

2. Who moves the money

The partner named on your quote receives your stablecoins at its own deposit address, converts them and sends the payout. Its own terms apply to the transfer and to identity verification.

3. Your responsibilities

• Send the exact amount, of the token and on the network shown on the deposit screen.
• Provide accurate bank details for an account you or the recipient own.
• Only pay people you know. Bank payouts usually can't be reversed.

4. Fees

Every quote lists our fee and the partner and network fee separately, before you confirm.
